Nancy & Bob, I just wanted to thank you for your excellent customer service! I so appreciate that you went out of your way to ship my package UPS after it was missed by the postal service. I'm trying to get some merchandise from another online retailer and it has been a disaster. I've been give incorrect information when I called and now my package is somewhere, just not sure where! You have restored my faith in online shopping. However, you have always provided wonderful customer service, so I'm not surprised. You just really topped yourself this time!
